What is Salvation?
“For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.” – John 3:16
Salvation is the deliverance from sin and its consequences through faith in Jesus Christ, resulting in eternal life and a personal relationship with God.
Steps to Salvation
– Step 1: Recognize Your Need: “We all have sinned and fall short of God’s glory.”
– Step 2: Believe in Jesus: “Jesus is the Son of God who died for our sins and rose again.”
– Step 3: Repent and Believe: “Turn away from sin and trust in Jesus as your Lord and Savior.”
– Step 4: Receive Forgiveness: “Through faith in Jesus, you can receive forgiveness and eternal life.”
Prayer of Salvation
“Dear God, I know I am a sinner and need your forgiveness. I believe Jesus Christ is your Son who died for my sins and rose again. I turn away from my sins and trust in Jesus as my Lord and Savior. Thank you for forgiving me and giving me eternal life. Amen.”
